Conditions of Purchase

1. Stock

MORETEXTILE does not guarantee that the products and/or services shown here are available, nor that the prices are those in force at the time of consultation on the site.

In the event of stock shortage of a certain article, you will be contacted in a period of 24 hours, with a suggested replacement or information on their availability.

 

2. Dispatch

Your order will be processed immediately after confirmation of payment.

After confirmation by the client, the order will be duly processed.

It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been processed.

If payment is not made 48 hours after the email of confirmation of the order is sent, MORETEXTILE will consider the order to be void, and the articles will be for sale again.

 

3. Delivery

The delivery periods are counted from the working day following the day on which payment is confirmed.

Pick-up: 48 hours.

Pick-up - free.


5. Return

As a remote purchaser of the products in our on-line store, we inform you that you may terminate the contract within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day on which you take effective possession of the product, when the intention to terminate the contract is communicated to us by means of an unequivocal declaration.

Termination of the contract will only be accepted if the product is in proper condition, has clearly not been used and the packaging is duly sealed.

If the product has an offer associated to it, the offer should also be returned, and if any of the conditions are not fulfilled this will imply the loss of the right to free termination.  

The client will bear all the transportation costs for the return or exchange of articles.

 

6. Exchange

A product will only be exchanged if it is in proper condition, has clearly not been used and the packaging is duly sealed.

If the product has an offer associated to it, the offer should also be returned.

The client will bear all the transportation costs for the return or exchange of articles.

Delivery charges cannot be reimbursed in the event of order errors imputable to the client.

 

7. Quality

MORETEXTILE guarantees the quality and conformity with its stated specifications of all the products it markets.

 

8. Packaging

All the products will be delivered in duly sealed packaging that guarantees their perfect conservation during the dispatch and delivery process.

The client can refuse to receive an order whenever the order shows signs of mistreatment, damaged packaging or other signs that could suggest a damaged article.

If the Client detects a problem at the time of the delivery of the product (damaged or violated package), s/he should immediately indicate this in writing on the delivery document that remains in the possession of the carrier, which rejects the order and contact MORETEXTILE’s Customer Support Service by e-mail within hours following the reception of the product.

Alternatively, when the order shows signs of mistreatment, in the observations section, the client may write 'SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION’. Otherwise, the order will be considered to be delivered in perfect condition.

 

9. Complaint

In cases of nonconformity of the product or of products damaged due to the transportation that were not detectable at the time of the delivery, the client should indicate this in writing within 3 calendar days following reception of the product by e-mail to contact.brands@moretextilegroup.com.

In the event of a processing error or error in the dispatch of an order imputable to MORETEXTILE or products that are non-compliant, the client will receive the correct article without any additional cost.
